Thank you for your interest in scheduling a tour and studio rental at Studio Sanctuary for your personal use!  Before we provide you with rental information, there are four items that we would like to cover:

• Facility – At Studio Sanctuary, you don’t have to request a specific room as we only allow one session or rental at a time.  Therefore, all seven rooms, covering nearly 2,200 sq. ft., are fully dedicated to you during your visit, affording absolute privacy, total discretion, and the best possible experience.  How cool is that?!
• Discretion – We maintain the highest level of discretion for our members.  In no way, shape, or form do we ever share any information about our Studio Sanctuary members.
• Cleaning, Sanitization, Disinfection, and Sterilization – We are all cleanliness-obsessed. We clean, sanitize, disinfect, and sterilize all of our furniture, equipment, and implements, as applicable, in methods that far exceed CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines and standard best practices for medical centers (e.g., hospitals). In addition, we utilize a double sterilization process for implements that are state-of-the-art, fully redundant, and totally cool. 😉
• Tour – For all first-time renters, a ½ hour tour occurs upon your arrival and does not take away from your rental time.

  

Hourly Dungeon Rental:  Dungeon rental is available to all Studio Sanctuary members.  The rental covers the personal, exclusive use of the *full* studio and includes seven themed rooms covering almost 2,200 square feet.  Plus, the rental includes the usage of all BDSM furniture, equipment, and implements (with only a few exceptions for safety, cleanliness, and sterilization reasons).  As always, you can bring any of your favorite personal toys.  The rental rates (for one or two individuals) are as follows:

• 1 hour – $200
  • Restricted to an accompanying 2-hour or longer session
• 2 hours – $300 ($100 for hour two and beyond)
  • Restricted to an accompanying 1-hour or longer session
• 3 hours – $400
  • Unless accompanying a session, this is the minimum rental length.
• 4 hours – $500
• 5 hours – $600
• 6 hours – $700
• 7 hours –  $800
• 8 hours – $900
• 9 hours – $1,000
• 10 hours – $1,100
• 11 hours – $1,200
• 12 hours – $1,300

 

Cleaning, Sanitization, Disinfection, and Sterilization:  Regardless of the rental length, there is a flat $50 cleaning, sanitization, disinfection, and sterilization tribute.

 

Overnight Dungeon Rental:  Overnight dungeon rental is available to all Studio Sanctuary members for $400 per night (for one or two individuals) for eight hours (11:30 PM through 7:30 AM) with a required, immediately preceding three-hour minimum rental.

 

Surcharge for Extra Individuals:  The studio may be rented for parties of up to 24 people.  The surcharge for extra individuals is as follows:

• An additional 20% of the base rental rate per person starting with person number three and beyond
  • For example, the studio rental rates for a party of five for 4 hours would be $800 ($500 + 20% of $500 + 20% of $500 + 20% of $500 OR $500 x 1.60)

 

Rental Restrictions:  The following rental restrictions are always in effect:

• During a personal rental, electronic recording (photography, videography, etc.) is strictly prohibited.  If you would like to electronically record any or all of your rental time at Studio Sanctuary, that is a commercial rental that has different rental policies and pricing.  In addition, we provide a location release for all commercial rentals.
• Outside BDSM/Fetish professionals are not eligible for personal rentals.  Outside BDSM/Fetish professionals are eligible for commercial rentals or full Studio Sanctuary sponsorship with the necessary executed legal agreements.  This is because we could be held liable for any or all activity during a rental to an outside professional, and we need to protect our staffers and the studio in such situations legally.  In addition, we need to ensure that outside professionals will observe all federal, state, and local laws as we are a 100% legal establishment.
• Hot Wax Play – Due to splashing and dripping, we do not permit any wax play wherein the receiver of the wax is not in the center of a doubled-up large bed sheet and is completely horizontal.  In addition, the wax may not be used in any areas close to BDSM implements, including rope, restraints, hoods, gags, chastity belts, etc.
