Ready to request a session? For same-day and next-day requests, you must contact us by phone (not text message) or via live chat.  For all other requests, please use the method that works best for you!

  • Studio’s Ideal Scheduling Method.  For the best scheduling experience, please complete and submit the online session request form (below):
    • The online session request form allows you to describe your session freely, include special requests, and provide any additional information relevant to your visit.  This extra information cannot be relayed via any other scheduling method.
    • For same-day and next-day requests, you are still encouraged to submit the online session request; however, you still need to phone (not text message) or live chat so that we may expedite processing.
  • Studio’s Preferred Scheduling Methods.  The studio’s preferred scheduling methods are best for same-day/next-day requests, when you cannot use the online session request, or when you need a previously submitted session request expedited:

  • Alternate Scheduling Methods.  We strongly prefer that you use the studio’s preferred scheduling methods (above).  If you absolutely can’t use the studio’s preferred scheduling methods, you may schedule via email or text message.  We receive a large volume of email and text messages, so please expect reasonable delays.  Please keep in mind that email and text messaging should not be used for interactive discussions (e.g., a series of questions about the studio, scheduling, staff, equipment, etc.).  Interactive scheduling desk discussions must be handled via phone or live chat to ensure the best possible experience.
