Live Chat Issue (Temporary)

Due to the kindness of one of our members, we have identified an issue with live chat.  Currently, we are not notified when a new live chat is initiated on the website.  We are working with the software vendor to identify the issue.  Unfortunately, we can’t turn off live chat, as we need it on to identify the issue.  Our sincere apologies, as any live chat initiated will likely not be answered until the issue is identified.  As soon as we have a resolution, we will update this post.
