Partial Email Outage Since Friday, January 17, 2025
Currently, we are experiencing a partial email outage since Friday, January 17, 2025, for Staff@StudioSanctuary and all staffers (e.g., Kelle@KelleMartina.com, Natasha@NatashaZare, Brit@BrittanyElway, etc.) except for Jen@JenniferCrofte.com (as she is on a newer Exchange 2019 server).
The partial email outage allows us to receive emails, but we can’t reliably send emails, as many of our outgoing emails get stuck in Exchange 2016’s outgoing queue. We have no way of knowing which emails get stuck and which get delivered.
Since the problem wasn’t verified until Friday evening, our usually highly reliable (outside the USA) hosted Exchange provider didn’t allocate the necessary resources on the weekend to resolve it. Today, they are allocating the proper resources to address the issue.
In the interim, if timeliness is an issue, we will email members via StudioSanctuaryCMH@gmail.com with a BCC to Staff@StudioSanctuary.com.
Our apologies for the inconvenience. We can guarantee that no one is more frustrated than all of us because email is such an important part of scheduling and keeping in touch with members.
