Effective October 1, 2023, we are increasing our first (only) session hour tribute from $250 to $300.  All additional session tribute hours (hour two and beyond) remain the same.  To illustrate:

• 1 hour – $300 (increase of $50)
• 1.5 hours – $400 (increase of $50)
• 2 hours – $500 (increase of $50)
• 2.5 hours – $595 (increase of $50)
• 3 hours – $690 (increase of $50)
• 4 hours – $870 (increase of $50)
• 5 hours – $1,040 (increase of $50)
• 6 hours – $1,200 (increase of $50)
• 7 hours – $1,350 (increase of $50)
• 8 hours – $1,500 (increase of $50)
• 9 hours – $1,650 (increase of $50)
• 10 hours – $1,800 (increase of $50)
• 11 hours – $1,950 (increase of $50)
• 12 hours – $2,100 (increase of $50)
• 13 hours – $2,250 (increase of $50)
• 14 hours – $2,400 (increase of $50)
• 15 hours – $2,550 (increase of $50)
• 16 hours – $2,700 (increase of $50)

Why the increase in the first session hour?  The first session hour has, by far, the highest effective hourly costs for us both in terms of scheduling staff and studio staff.  For the rare one-hour or one and one-half hour session and mainly due to inflation, we were barely breaking even.  Due to inflation, our supply costs have skyrocketed since the pandemic, so our margins have considerably thinned on even extended sessions.  By increasing the first-hour only by $50, we can largely offset the massive increases in supply costs in the last almost four years.

Eventually, supply costs, staff compensation, and simplicity will dictate that we eliminate the progressive discounts on sessions longer than two hours.  So, in either 2024 or 2025, we will be moving to a highly simplified tribute structure that will likely result in the first session hour ($300) remaining unchanged, the second session hour ($200) remaining unchanged, with all additional session hours fixed at the second session hour tribute ($200).  In addition to making sure that Studio Sanctuary always exists, much of the future tributes will be allocated to staff so that they can keep up with inflation.

Please keep in mind that we have always had and continue to have some of the lowest tributes compared to our peers (other world-class BDSM/Fetish professionals and studios).  And we will continue to ensure that Studio Sanctuary is one of the most affordable professional BDSM/Fetish options with a world-class facility and session experience.
