Update (Final):  The scheduling desk’s Internet was out from Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 8:33 AM ET until Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 9:40 AM ET.  So much for Spectrum’s outage estimate of 8 hours!  The good news is the frequent connectivity and latency issues we have been experiencing for months are gone.

There is an emergency Internet outage that is affecting our scheduling desk effective 8:33 AM ET today, Saturday, March 1, 2025.  Spectrum is replacing multiple key pieces of equipment along our business Internet upline.  The Spectrum estimated outage is eight hours (estimated service restoration of 5:00 PM ET).

During the Internet outage, the scheduling desk will not be able to respond to emails.  In addition, the Internet outage *may* affect our ability to answer calls.  Since this does not affect our server, live chat is not affected.
